Our values and visions together form our corporate mission statement and serve as a guide for our daily work.
Vision
Our vision is the ideal state of a workplace free of discrimination and a society without prejudice.
We understand this to mean a just world in which all people have equal opportunities and are respected as individuals, regardless of their gender, skin colour, origin, sexual orientation, religion, degree of disability or other characteristics. We work everyday to get closer to this ideal state and enable equal participation for all people.
Mission
Our mission is to promote diversity and utilize it for the workplace.
Digital training programmes are designed to help managers and employees to fully realise their individual skills, talents and potential. In this way, we enabling the economy and society to meet current challanges such as the shortage of skilled workers, demographic trends and the ongoing changes in values.
Our work is based on four pillars.
Raising awareness
Raising awareness about the negative effects of discrimination in our society is an integral part of our commitment. Through events, publications and educational programmes, we show how discrimination arises and how it can be overcome.
Promoting diversity and inclusion
Inclusion allows all people, regardless of their origin, gender, sexual orientation or other charateristics, to fully part take in economy and society.
We see diversity as a strength and want to promote it in order to create a lasting culture of inclusion.
Political advocacy
A legal basis for effectively combating discrimination is an important political task. We are committed to engageing in dialogue with political decision-makers at local, regional and national level in order to actively shape the conditions for a non-discriminatory economy and society.
Partnerships
Actively shaping a non-discriminatory working environment and society requires cooperation with companies, politicians, NGOs, schools, universities and other organisations. We are convinced that our goals can be achieved more efficiently and sustainably through a joint commitment.
