D² certificate
(in development)
With the independent D² certification, companies can check the current status of their organisation with regard to Diversity & Inclusion (D&I). Four development stages of D² certification with requirements that build on each other can be completed in an assessment process. A combination of online questionnaire, online evaluation and on-site visit guarantees a high quality of the entire assessment process. At the same time, D² certification supports you efficiently in collecting all relevant D&I data and makes unused potential for diversity visible.
Once the recommended measures have been implemented, your company will receive a D² label that recognises your success in organisational development. D² certification strengthens the confidence of your target groups in the image of your organisation. If you are successfully awarded a D² certificate, your label is valid for 24 months. You can extend the validity of the label through a re-certification process.
